TRANSCENDANCE CLASSES
TRANSCENDANCE™ takes the mindfulness of yoga off the mat and infuses it with free-form joyful conscious dance. These embodied healing classes help you to release tension, shake off stress, rejuvenate your body, center your mind and connect with your spirit. All abilities are welcome and celebrated. Whether you are physically fit or currently have any physical mobility limitations you can still experience the full power of TRANSCENDANCE.™
In a TRANSCENDANCE™ class you'll experience a powerful and potent combination of breath, embodied sound, intuitive movement, dance, stretching, visualization and soulful music.
